Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- You lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators/Schedulers.
- You set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
- You manage workload distribution and ensure your team consistently delivers high‑quality execution.
- You hire, onboard, and train new team members as the function grows.
- You own the end‑to‑end scheduling and coordination function, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- You establish and maintain key operational metrics such as measurable standards for turnaround times, communication speed, and data accuracy, and ensure your team meets them.
- You drive continuous improvement initiatives, informed by data, stakeholder feedback and business priorities.
- You create and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training materials.
- You ensure your team delivers world-class candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- You oversee interviewer load balancing, availability management, and readiness tracking.
- You partner with recruiting leadership to forecast interview volume and adjust team capacity proactively. .
- You identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, tech‑enabled solutions.
- You partner with TA leadership to optimize the ATS, scheduling tools, and automation opportunities.
- You ensure data integrity across recruiting systems and support reporting needs.
- You oversee logistics for career fairs, university recruiting events, and industry hiring events.
- You manage registration, materials, shipping, booth setup, and staffing coordination.
- You maintain inventory of event materials and ensure timely replenishment.
- You work closely with Recruiters, HR, and key business functions to ensure seamless operational support.
- You serve as the operational point of contact for vendors, scheduling tools, and external partners.
- You support change management for new processes, tools, and policies
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years professional experience post academics
- You have experience managing a team in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a coordination‑heavy function.
- You bring proven leadership skills and know how to coach, motivate, and develop people.
- You excel at organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving.
- You bring expertise in leveraging and optimizing ATS and scheduling platforms.
- You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- You have a background in process improvement, workflow design, or project management.
- You’ve supported global or multi‑site recruiting teams.
- You’re familiar with recruiting analytics and operational KPIs.
- The Talent Acquisition team feels confident in the operational backbone of the function and that they, their candidates, and hiring teams are supported by an organized, people-centric leader
- Your team consistently meets or exceeds key performance metrics.
- Candidates feel informed, supported, and valued.
- Interviewer load is balanced, predictable, and proactively adjusted as hiring needs evolve.
