Responsibilities
- Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate needs and shape people strategies that drive business outcomes, applying a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Identify and advance key people priorities that strengthen organizational effectiveness and performance
- Lead the execution of HR programs, ensuring alignment with culture, strategy, and operational goals
- Advise and coach leaders on performance management, including feedback, employee development, and complex employee relations matters, exercising sound judgment in multifaceted situations involving multiple stakeholders
- Drive talent development efforts that build organizational capability and support career growth
- Implement retention initiatives that improve engagement and reduce turnover
- Design workforce planning approaches that optimize team structure, skills, and capacity
- Influence stakeholders through clear, concise communication and data-driven insights
- Support talent acquisition by guiding selection processes and ensuring strong hiring outcomes
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through effective coordination with cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR 10 years of professional experience post academics
- Minimum of seven years experience as an HR Business Partner
- HR certification preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP)
