Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to translate business needs into effective HR actions
- Coach and support managers on performance, employee relations, and corrective action
- Solve workforce challenges and drive practical, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to align local execution with enterprise strategy
- Execute core HR operations, including payroll support, staffing, and compliance
- Recruit and hire exempt and non-exempt talent aligned to business goals
- Build staffing plans to ensure operational continuity
- Develop and deliver training to strengthen workforce capability
- Support onboarding to drive early employee success
- Use data to guide workforce and compensation decisions
- Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, organizational psychology or related field
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 or 10 years of work experience post academics
- 7 years' experience working in HR
- Ability to cover 2nd‑shift hours (2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
- HR certification preferred
