Lutron is looking for self-driven and team-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service – Commercial Shade team at our Coopersburg, PA office.
As a valued member of our Customer Service – Commercial Shade team, you will be the voice of our company, entrusted with the responsibility to deliver outstanding customer service through sound judgment and dedication. We are seeking proactive individuals who are eager to enhance their customer service skills through meaningful and impactful interactions with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders that include commercial project managers (PM’s), quotes teams, commercial shade reps, and on-site service techs to provide support on high profile commercial jobs from quote to delivery
- Track commercial shade project deadlines to ensure shipment/delivery is according to project schedules; communicate priority jobs to the factory in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end user customers; assist with fabric selection and the sending of fabric samples, provide order status / tracking information, assist with ordering/shipping replacement shade parts, and ensure an overall seamless and effortless experience for their needs.
- Leverage your problem-solving skills to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Proactively expand your knowledge of our shade products and different aspects of our business.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
- If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
- Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
