- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Every other weekend required (alternate days off provided)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Every other weekend required (alternate time off provided)
What You Will Do As Life Enrichment Assistant
- Assist with planning and leading activities, events, and community outings.
- Encourage and escort residents to activities and meals.
- Maintain activity calendars and schedules.
- Decorate for holidays, seasons, and special events.
- Document resident participation and preferences in PointClickCare.
- Build positive relationships with residents and support their social and emotional well-being.
- Assist with resident assessments, volunteer programs, and other department responsibilities.

Qualifications
What You Will Need as a Life Enrichment Assistant:
Required-
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Eligible to attend a state-approved activity training course.
- Valid Maryland driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
- CNA certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with older adults preferred.
- Activity programming experience preferred.
