Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of assigned program, a school-based counseling program that partners with Chicago Public Schools to provide therapy, community support and case management to clients using a variety of evidenced informed interventions that focus on targeted behavioral, emotional and social skill building, academic support, and linkage to concrete community resources and services.

- Review documentation to ensure the client records meet licensure and accreditation standards.
- Participate as a member of the Behavioral Health Team in assigned CPS schools and track referrals that are made.
- Coordinate services with other providers and serve as a liaison between LSSI and CPS.
- Complete required documentation withing the required timeframe.
- Understand and reflect the clinical model of the program, demonstrating principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Maintain CEUs for licensure.
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff/interns.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- Master’s degree in social services field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a school-based setting required.
- Experience in a managerial/supervisory role preferred.
- Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative community partnerships preferred.
- LCPC/LCSW preferred.
- IMCANS certification required.
- Background check clearances (criminal background check, CPS, and DCFS background checks) required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
