LSSI is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at the Healthy Start Recovery Home, Tuesday through Saturday. Responsible for providing supportive services to clients and staff. Also responsible for reporting on the daily housekeeping operations and to ensure daily housekeeping coverage.

Essential Functions

• Clean client’s lounge daily in the morning.
• Clean showers and bathrooms on the assigned unit.
• Clean all offices on the assigned unit.
• Clean client rooms on the assigned unit.
• Clean walls and baseboards.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
  
  

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) to three (3) housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
• Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and tools.
• Able to speak and read English well enough to perform job duties.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
• Access to reliable transportation required.
• Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required.
