- Oversee curriculum delivery to clients and the scheduling of clinical services in the Kenmore Outpatient Program.
- Ensure reporting, productivity, and service deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, and funding bodies are met. Collaborate with other LSSI programs/departments including Central Intake and Development as needed.
- Review written and Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
- Remain familiar with emergency procedures.
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a social service field preferred.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in substance use field with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
- CADC or the ability to obtain CADC within 18 months of hire date required.
- LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW preferred.
- Annual TB test required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review required.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required.
- Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Background check clearance required.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
Salary : $26 - $28
