Lutheran Life Villages is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant to bring engaging experiences, meaningful connections, and joyful moments to residents in our Memory Care Assisted Living community at the Village at Inverness.

What You'll Do

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll partner with our Life Enrichment team to create engaging experiences that support residents' social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and physical well-being.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and lead meaningful recreational and life enrichment activities
• Build genuine relationships with residents and encourage participation
• Support person-centered memory care using Positive Approach to Care (PAC), Teepa Snow, and Eden Alternative principles
• Assist with group outings, celebrations, seasonal events, and intergenerational programs
• Help assess residents' interests and individualize activities to meet their needs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to enhance quality of life
• Maintain activity documentation and attendance records
• Transport residents to activities and outings as needed
• Help create an engaging, welcoming, and vibrant community atmosphere
