Are you a compassionate, dependable person who loves to brighten someone’s day?
At Lutheran Life Villages, we’re looking for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support our South Anthony Blvd Independent Living residents with daily wellness, companionship, and comfort.
As a PCA, you’ll make meaningful connections through friendly visits, light housekeeping, and helping residents maintain their independence.
Part-time position: Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm - 9:00pm AND every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday 4:30pm - 9:00pm
What You’ll Do

Provide wellness visits and personalized support to our members

Spend one-on-one fellowship time, offering companionship and conversation

Help keep residents’ apartments neat and welcoming with light housekeeping

Assist with standby showers and other daily living activities
Who You Are

A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual who enjoys helping others

Experienced (or eager to learn!) in supporting older adults

High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
