Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a full-time night shift schedule. Duties
- Administer medications following established protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to inform care plans.
- Assist with complex procedures such as catheterization and sterile dressing changes while maintaining aseptic technique.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience working as an LPN in diverse clinical settings such as long-term care facilities.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
- Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding for accurate medical records management.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices and long-term care regulations to ensure compliance.
