We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and drive sales
● Utilize retail math skills to negotiate and close deals with customers
● Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings
● Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
● Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
● Conduct test drives with potential buyers
● Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
● Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
● Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
● Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
● Strong retail sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
● Proficient in cold calling and generating leads
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
