The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supports students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). This role provides direct behavioral support, promotes positive student outcomes, and assists in building academic, social, and functional skills in a structured learning environment.The RBT collects behavior data, monitors student progress, and collaborates with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
