Job Summary
The Instructional Aide (Special Education) supports students during the Extended School Year (ESY) summer program under the direction of the classroom teacher. This position provides instructional and behavioral support by reinforcing lessons, assisting students individually or in small groups, and helping students work toward IEP goals. The aide assists with preparing instructional materials, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with special needs and contribute to a successful summer program.
