The Marketing Director holds ultimate responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy and brand for the business. Develops and executes marketing strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition, driving lead generation, improving customer experience, and strengthening brand presence.

Job Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the brand strategy
- Developing and delivering the marketing and communications strategy for new and existing services for multiple business service lines
- Oversees implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Partner with the sales leaders to drive pipeline growth, conversion and revenue impact; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing effective tools, materials and presentations
- Manage company websites and social media presence; direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
- Drives achievement of financial objectives by developing and managing the annual marketing budget, forecasting and allocating spend, monitoring performance against plan, analyzing variances, and making strategic adjustments to optimize results
- Generating, tracking, and managing marketing leads
- Supervising and collaborating with Marketing Coordinator
- Minimum of five years of marketing management (managing a team)
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles (share portfolio)
- Experience with Hubspot or SalesForce preferred
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
- Demonstrated ability with business financial planning, strategy and statistical analysis
