Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all day-to-day marketing efforts for the brand. This role is focused on driving awareness, increasing sell-through at retail, and maintaining a strong presence across digital, in-store, and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product drops, and seasonal activations (420, holidays, key sales periods)
- Coordinate and manage vendor days and in-store activations with retail partners to drive brand visibility and sales
- Oversee social media presence, including content planning, posting, and maintaining brand consistency
- Manage website updates, including product pages, campaigns, and promotional content
- Support retail partners with marketing assets, promotions, and brand materials to drive sell-through
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain strong brand reputation
- Track and analyze performance of campaigns and activations, adjusting strategy based on results
- Work closely with internal team, designers, and external partners to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with brand direction
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of marketing experience (cannabis, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Strong understanding of cannabis marketing regulations and compliance
- Experience managing social media, content, and brand campaigns
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
