Role Description
LUSEO is seeking a full-time Project Manager for Structures and MEP engineering projects out of our Miami office. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines. This is a client-facing position that requires strong project management skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and various engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight/Client Engagement: Manage engineering projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring alignment with quality standards, budgets, and project timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including A&E firms, contractors, and developers, ensuring project requirements are met and fostering strong client relationships.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project tasks with internal teams and external partners, including architects, contractors, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
- Quality Management: Ensure client S/MEP requirements and expectations are accurately captured and fully reflected in the project deliverables.
- Construction Administration: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, support construction administration, and resolve any technical issues on-site.
- Other substantive and administrative tasks: Support operational efficiency and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Spanish speaker preferred.
- PMP certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license considered a plus.
