Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Residential Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while driving new sales opportunities. This role combines account management, enhancement sales, and closing pre-qualified leads for landscape installation and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing residential clients
- Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities within current accounts
- Meet with pre-qualified leads to sell landscape installation and maintenance services
- Conduct on-site property visits to assess needs and provide solutions
- Prepare and present proposals in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Proactively generate new business through referrals and networking
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in landscape sales, account management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of residential landscaping practices and Central Texas plant material
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
