These activities include assistance with dressing, walking/transferring, eating, bathing, toileting, and continence care. However, there are many other services that a professionally-referred Caregiver must be able to complete.
In addition to personal care, caregivers also assist with homemaking, companionship, transportation (not all cases require transportation), and other support services.

- At least one year of experience caring for older adults (can be experience caring for family and/or others)
- State background checks
- 4 References (2 professional and 2 personal)
- Recent and up to date TB tests (2-step or blood draw required)
- The ability to determine your own schedule
- The ability to choose your own clients in the location of your choice
- A higher and competitive wage
