Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for powersports. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands recreational vehicles, and is driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and trailers
- Build relationships with new and returning customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and accessories
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all OEM brands and trailer inventory
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Follow up with leads, phone inquiries, and online requests
- Assist with maintaining a clean sales floor
- Work closely with parts and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (powersports or automotive)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, etc.)
- Weekend availability required
- Passion for powersports and outdoor recreation is a major plus
- Valid PA Sales License (or the ability to obtain one)
