We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
This is a full time, W2 position where you will receive 10-15 inbound calls each day! We offer a starting hourly rate of $18 per hour, plus a weekly bonus where you can earn up to an additional $1,000-$3,000 a week based on performance.
Just Work with Inbound Calls and help our future clients with their healthcare needs.

Duties
- Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in Medicare regulations, and new products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Must possess relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
