Job Description
As a Production Worker I, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging a wide range of chef-crafted recipes, assisting production supervisors with leading and directing production staff, and ensuring productive workflow and completion of production paperwork for compliance. You will also create a welcoming and safe environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food manufacturing experience, and the ability to interpret and follow recipes and procedures. Knowledge of culinary practices and terminology is preferred. As a team player, you should be innovative, dependable, and hospitable, stepping in to assist when needed, implementing trending solutions, coming to work on time, and completing tasks in a timely and safe manner.
