**Key Responsibilities:**
The Director of Food Production Operations will be responsible for leading our daily food production operations, managing procurement and supplier relationships, and ensuring food safety compliance.
They will work closely with our finance department to monitor financial performance and P&L, and collaborate with our catering operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
In addition, they will support menu development and large-batch meal planning, aligning with operational capacity and production goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in food production, catering management, or commissary operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with FDA compliance and sanitation standards
- Experience with financial reporting and cost control
