Lundgren Honda of Auburn is growing and currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer to join our Auto Dealership. Strong Sales experience or Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Prior Sales or Service Advisor experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
- Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with CDK is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage/vehicle history
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow-up time and set expectations
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explaining all completed work, charges, recommendations to customers on active delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
2 years’ experience preferred
Experience with CDK is a plus
Positive attitude and team mentality
Extremely resilient and maintains composure when interacting with customers
Exceptional customer service skills are a MUST
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers
Valid driver’s license/Clean background check
Must be CSE/CSI focused!!!!
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
