- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts
- Work closely with service technicians to supply parts needed for repairs
- Process customer, technician, and special orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts records
- Receive, stock, label, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
- Communicate order status and estimated arrival times with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
- Previous automotive parts, dealership, service department, or aftermarket parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems is a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
