Step 1 - Entry-Level Technician
- Oil changes
- Tire rotations
- Multi-point inspections
- Basic vehicle maintenance
- Brakes
- Tires
- Fluid exchange services
- Additional maintenance repairs
- Perform comprehensive inspections on pre-owned vehicles
- Complete mechanical repairs to prepare vehicles for sale
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
- Continue manufacturer certification and technical development
- One-on-one mentoring from Master Technicians
- Manufacturer-led classroom and hands-on training
- Online learning and certification programs
- Ongoing coaching and career development
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other scheduled maintenance
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Check and top off essential vehicle fluids
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Learn proper repair procedures from experienced technicians
- Safely operate shop equipment and tools
- Document completed work accurately
- Deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
- Continuously develop technical skills through training
- Passion for automobiles and mechanical work
- Automotive schooling or personal vehicle repair experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
