Construction Project Manager

Duties

• Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Develop detailed project schedules and to track progress and identify potential delays.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Utilize construction estimating tools
• Oversee construction site operations ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently while maintaining productivity.
• Manage project documentation and record-keeping.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Facilitate effective project coordination by scheduling meetings, updating stakeholders, and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction site management across diverse projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract management processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
