Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the printing process, including taking client input for proper formatting, screen printing, and layout design.
- Oversee prepress activities such as color profile management, bleeds, and layout press spec optimization to ensure print accuracy.
- Manage quality control procedures throughout production to meet strict standards for consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with graphic designers utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to prepare files optimized for various printing techniques and be able to use these products to make simple adjustments
- Ensure great customer service and interaction to intake work and manage customer concerns
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in printing environments
- Strong knowledge of prepress processes, including color profile management, bleeds, layout press spec optimization, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Familiarity with quality control standards specific to print advertising and packaging production.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles and their application in print production workflows.
