A brand-new late-night destination is coming to Railroad Square, and we're looking for fun, energetic, outgoing people to join our opening team!
Our new lounge will feature premium hookah, handcrafted kava drinks, botanical elixirs, fresh juices, music, and an incredible atmosphere. If you love working with people, creating great experiences, and being part of something exciting from day one, this is the job for you.
We're building more than a lounge—we're creating one of Tallahassee's newest hangout spots.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Prepare and serve premium hookah experiences
- Recommend hookah flavors, kava drinks, elixirs, and juices
- Create a clean, fun, and relaxing environment
- Operate our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Upsell products and daily specials
- Keep the lounge stocked, organized, and looking its best
- Work alongside an awesome team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Loves talking with people and has a positive attitude
- Is dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Enjoys learning about new products
- Has retail, restaurant, coffee shop, lounge, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not required—we'll train the right person!)
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Bilingual is a plus
- Enjoys sales and helping customers discover new favorites

Store Hours
Sunday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 4:00 PM – Midnight
Evening and weekend availability is required.
