What You’ll Do
As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) you will be supporting the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. This role involves leading and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding Luna Grill’s high standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture. The AGM supervises front- and back-of-house team members and is responsible for ensuring safety, compliance and hospitality excellence.
- Support daily restaurant operations and step into BOH roles as needed
- Manage schedules, coverage, and labor to ensure smooth service
- Uphold Luna Grill standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Coach, train, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance
- Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and reporting
- Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a high level of hospitality
- Serve as Manager on Duty when GM is absent, overseeing the team and operations
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, motivate, and inspire.
- Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset, handling concerns professionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making.
- Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
