Assistant General Manager - Dallas

Yardstick is a boutique, suites-only dog hotel defining dog hospitality through personalized care, elevated service, and a calmer, more thoughtful experience for dogs and their people.

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our Dallas-area locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys developing teams, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing company

As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, support daily operations, and help lead a team that delivers best-in-class care for every dog that walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations
• Help lead, train, and support our team of Dog Hosts
• Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after each stay
• Monitor dog wellness, behavior, and safety throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
• Help drive operational excellence and team accountability
