🎯 What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll keep our financial operations running smoothly by:

• Processing vendor invoices: scanning, coding, and data entry in our ERP system
• Managing AP inboxes and portals to ensure accurate invoice distribution and uploads
• Supporting vendor setup and payment processing (checks, ACH, electronic payments)
• Reconciling vendor statements, researching discrepancies, and providing solutions
• Communicating with restaurants and vendors in a professional, supportive way
• Assisting with reporting, audits, and general admin support for the Accounting/AP team

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience required
• Strong Excel skills: experience with Restaurant365 (or similar system) preferred
• Restaurant or high-volume hospitality industry AP/AR experience is a huge plus
• Ability to juggle priorities, work independently, and collaborate with a team
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills required
• A positive, can-do attitude and passion for getting the details right
