Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, including but not limited to answering incoming calls from clients, reading, returning, and directing emails to the appropriate person, and writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Experience with property management.
- Maintaining customer and supplier contact lists.
- Creating invoices for work completed and following up with technicians in the field.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Generating leads and conducting market research for sales department.
- Maintaining office resources (ordering office supplies, computer resources, etc.) while seeking competitive pricing with new deals and suppliers and maintaining a clean and organized office.
- General office and clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and organization.
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendar for office and management.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Providing support to management as needed.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
