About us
Lumos Infrared Sauna Studio was founded in 2019 creating a space to heal and restore health through scientifically backed wellness. In our studios, guests are provided a unique experience in state-of-the-art sauna suites featuring full spectrum infrared technology and chromotherapy. Being the first infrared sauna studio to come to the area, Lumos is determined to share the amazing benefits of infrared heat with Western New York.
Position Requirements
- Must be detail oriented and have ability to multitask
- Ability to be efficient in a face paced environment
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, listening and computer skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have weekend availability
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance
- Properly open and close studio per according to standard operating procedures
- Accurately book, change and cancel studio appointments
- Provide clients with detailed information on infrared benefits, our packages and associated studio information
- Utilize studio computers with skill and proficiency; document client information in electronic record as directed
- Handle clients’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Assist in all areas of studio operation as requested by management
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, etc.
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to provide 1 weeknight of availability and weekend availability
