Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with dry cleaning services when required, ensuring delicate items are handled with proper care.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of laundry processes including washing techniques, stain removal, drying cycles, and dry cleaning procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
