About the Role
The Principal Executive Recruiter is responsible for building and executing world-class executive search strategies that secure transformative leaders in technology licensing. This role drives the full lifecycle of executive recruitment, from proactive market mapping to precision closing strategies, with a strong emphasis on compliance expertise.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Executive Pipelining: Build pipelines of world-class operations executives aligned to Lummus technology growth strategy. Continuously map and segment global talent across technology licensing, catalyst production, and business development.
- Cultivate long-term executive relationships: Position Lummus Technology as a destination employer.
- Coaching the Assessment Process: Implement structured evaluation frameworks to ensure data-driven hiring decisions. Prepare stakeholders to assess operational leadership, compliance mastery, and cultural alignment. Facilitate calibrated decision-making that ensures hires advance Lummus Technology efficiency goals.
- Offer Process and Closing Strategy: Architect competitive offers tailored to operational leaders while balancing equity and governance. Deliver persuasive value propositions highlighting Lummus Technology mission and values. Lead precise closing strategies that anticipate relocation or other risks.
- Pre-Onboarding and Retention Enablement: Design pre-onboarding plans introducing executives to Lummus Technology culture. Anticipate transition challenges and resolve onboarding needs. Maintain checkpoints to monitor executive engagement and accelerate integration.
Qualifications
- 12 years of executive recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, technology, and in-house operations.
- Proven record of accomplishment in building pipelines and closing senior operational hires.
- Proficiency with focused sourcing, assessment frameworks, and talent intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and advisory capability with senior leadership teams.
Required Skills
- Expertise in executive recruitment for engineering and operations, with mastery of sourcing, evaluations, and competitor intelligence.
- Demonstrated proficiency in structured assessments ensuring bias-free executive evaluation.
- Advanced stakeholder management with the ability to coach and advise C-suite leaders.
- Hybrid schedule. Must be able to sit in-office 4 days per week.
