Essential Job Functions
With or without reasonable accommodation, the successful candidate will:
- Forecast Development:
months into the future to support strategic planning and decision making.
o Apply statistical models and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and
responsiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
insights and align forecasts with business goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Develop dashboards and reports to communicate forecast performance and key
metrics to stakeholders.
o Produce monthly reports including hours, rebate-related sales, and data
packages.
o Support strategic meetings through data preparation for Intro, SIOP, 5YP, and
SGI sessions.
- Inventory & Capacity Planning Support:
planning accuracy.
o Manage and maintain daily reporting on past due shipments, shipping
performance and cost/hours tracking.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

planning.
- Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management,
- 5 years of experience in forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (prefer Power BI, AS400
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with SIOP processes and cross-functional collaboration
