Position: Customer Service Representative

Full-time, in-person in South Jordan, Utah
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, professional support to customers via phone, email, and written communication
- Assist customers with account questions, payment options, and general inquiries
- Partner with customers to understand their financial situations and identify flexible, compliant solutions
- Proactively monitor accounts and reach out to offer support and prevent issues from escalating
- Help customers navigate past-due situations with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account updates
- Deliver a positive, respectful, and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Follow all applicable regulations and company policies while supporting customers
Qualifications
Required
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and dependability (40 hours per week)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation abilities
- Comfortable managing inbound and outbound customer communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in customer service, account support, or financial services (collections experience a plus)
- Familiarity with consumer lending or financial services environments
