Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop department managers and team members.
- Lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services operations.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
- Manage hotel budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain property appearance and operational excellence.
- Build a positive, accountable, and service-focused team culture.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven success managing hotel financial performance and operating budgets.
- Experience with revenue management, labor management, and expense control.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience with Wyndham or other major hotel brands is preferred.
