As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas consistently exceed Hampton Inn brand standards while creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
- Maintain Hampton Inn and brand cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linens, laundry, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate room status updates with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach housekeeping team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
- Monitor labor costs while maintaining service excellence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
- Assist with cleaning and inspections as needed during busy periods.
- Previous Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or hotel housekeeping supervisory experience required.
- Experience in a branded hotel preferred (Hilton experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work weekends and holidays as needed.
