We are expanding our Plano team and hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to work directly with customers, helping them upgrade and improve their connectivity services with AT&T. This is a people-first, high-energy role designed for individuals who enjoy talking to others, building trust quickly, and working toward daily performance goals.
This position is ideal for candidates coming from bartending, serving, waiting tables, hospitality, promotions, or other customer-facing roles who want to transition into a professional sales career. No prior telecom or sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and coaching.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T wireless, internet, and communication solutions
- Ask smart questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best service options
- Clearly explain promotions, pricing, and benefits in both English and Spanish
- Create a positive, confident customer experience from first conversation to enrollment
- Work toward individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Represent AT&T with professionalism, energy, and integrity
