Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Account Assistant to support customer engagement, promotional events, account development, and sales activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with customer and account activities during promotional events.
- Engage with customers and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Assist with developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers and event leads.
- Support promotional campaigns and event-based sales activities.
- Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
- Prepare and organize promotional materials, displays, and event resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and account activities.
- Support individual and team sales goals during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer and event experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable interacting with customers and prospective clients in person.
