Job Overview

Duties

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
