Position Description
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on experience using ANSYS or COMSOL to perform mechanical simulation and analysis of complex components and systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS or COMSOL.
- Conduct mechanical stress, structural integrity, and thermal analysis.
- Interpret simulation results and recommend design improvements.
- Support mechanical design, troubleshooting, and engineering validation.
- Prepare technical reports and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in ANSYS or COMSOL is required.
- Hands-on experience with FEA and mechanical stress analysis.
- Experience with thermal analysis and heat transfer.
Experience in energy, nuclear, aerospace, or other highly engineered industries is preferred.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
