What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Team Lead position at Lumicity?
We're looking for someone to lead and build a new division of a Health & Wellness/ Aesthetics organization from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you will personally drive sales early, while hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct B2B sales: close MedSpa, derm, and plastics accounts
- Build pipeline and own key client relationships
- Create and scale a sales playbook CRM processes
- Hire, train, and manage the sales team
- Own revenue strategy, forecasting, and KPIs
- Support product launches, KOL engagement, and market expansion
Requirements
- 6 years in aesthetics / MedSpa / derm sales (U.S.)
- Proven closer builder (not just account manager)
- Experience building or scaling a sales team/function
- Strong network across MedSpas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
Nice to Have
- KOL network in aesthetics
- Experience launching skincare / injectables
- Startup or early-stage growth experience
