JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager/Estimator

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
My client is searching for a Project Manager/Estimator with a solid understanding of the drywall and interior construction industry. The PM/Estimator will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate bid packages, overseeing projects from award through completion, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in both estimating and project management within commercial drywall or interior construction
- Familiarity with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, or plastering scopes
- Able to read construction drawings, project schedules, and specification sheets
- Strong communication skills across field teams, clients, and subcontractors
