We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to serve as the primary subject matter expert and administrator for our Manufacturing Client. Below are the details!

- Onsite, Monday - Friday, West Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities:
- Manage NetSuite system configurations, including workflows, roles, searches, and permissions.
- Maintain accurate transactional flow across Manufacturing (WOs, BOMs), Finance, and Inventory.
- Conduct process evaluations, implementing changes to increase automation and eliminate manual steps.
- Lead data governance efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity, preventing duplicates and GL misalignment.
- Build and maintain actionable dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports.
- Manage and oversee all NetSuite integrations with third-party systems.
- Act as project manager for all system upgrades, new modules, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate globally with IT and business stakeholders on scalable architecture improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or Administrator in a global environment.
- Deep functional understanding of NetSuite's core modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Inventory Management, and Manufacturing (WOs, BOMs, Routings).
- Expertise in NetSuite customization tools
- Project management experience with ERP implementations or major system enhancements.
