About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in commercial interior finish-outs with a focus on glass installations for conference rooms, Herculite doors, and mirror quotes for commercial lease spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for glass and mirror projects in commercial interiors.
• Review project specifications and drawings to develop detailed cost proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients to support project success.

Stretch Goal:

Expand into residential luxury estimating, focusing on high-end showers and custom mirrors for premium homes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in glass and mirror estimating for commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finish-out processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
