JOB DESCRIPTION:
Estimator
Location: Kentucky
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES My client is searching for an Estimator with a solid understanding of the drywall and interior construction industry. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting multiple tasks in unison, including reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate bid packages, coordinating with project managers and field teams, and ensuring estimates align with project timelines and budget requirements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently working in an estimating role
- Experience or exposure to interior metal framing, drywall, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, or prefabricated wall panels is a plus
- Able to read and understand construction drawings, project schedules, and structural specification sheets
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Beginner, intermediate, and experienced candidates will all be considered
