Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Representative assists in providing the essential printed materials to our members. This includes receiving and monitoring deliveries from our off-site warehouse, unpacking boxed materials, rotating inventory and supplies, and the pre-assembly of enrollment kits.

In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
$39,000.00-$48,150.00

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack deliveries
- Assemble and ship post-enrollment kits for new members
- Monitor inventory of materials
- Process daily letter files for Enrollment, Customer Service and other internal departments
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly routine mailings for multiple clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented professional with ability to prioritize
- Ability to read and follow directions, work independently
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, is a must
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
